Modern hotel, clean, with outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff who responded to questions and provided quick service. Central location, relatively close to Union Church of Guatemala.

The hotel is situated in the central location in center of Zone 10. There is Cafe y Vinos serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue.

The hotel rooms were good sized and well-stocked with a kitchen, 2 separate balcony and a bedroom.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and well-stocked with large wardrobe, iron and bathroom.

The room was reasonably large and the breakfast was awesome, all as we expected. It had amazing views of the street from the balcony. It was in a marvellous location next to bars and a zoo...

The room was very large, extremely comfy bed. Location: the hotel was adjacent to many restaurants and Plaza Fontabella shopping center and nightlife. Zona 10 district was worth staying in.

Great stay at Casa Veranda! Our room was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. We loved the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The service was excellent, They were so helpful with everything! I never fill these things out but my stay there was so good that it was worth this time to write how much I enjoyed myself.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great experience! Loved the free Christmas brunch and the complimentary champagne in the evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the pool was an added bonus.

Unfortunately the noise from nearby traffic was quite loud and disturbed our sleep. , the air conditioning didn't cool the room down enough and we had to use the fan provided.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The key location features are a big plus with numerous good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. loved the availability of a bathtub and hot water. The breakfast buffet was a feast for foodies and the airport shuttle saved me a lot of hassle.

Although everything was great, there were a few glitches. The fitness room was too small, and the equipment was outdated and even dangerous.

Luxury boutique hotel for 1 night in Guatemala City. Excellent location in secure area, close to the best restaurants, bars and discos in the city, and many other good restaurants and a big bookstore. Also, easy to get to Plaza Espana.
